Accountant

Becky focuses on family, faith, and financials.

At Hunter & Associates, Becky assists clients with bookkeeping, QuickBooks training, electronic filings of tax returns, and sales and payroll tax administration. Away from the office, she is mostly with her husband and daughters, going to the Jacksonville Zoo, visiting Disney World or just spending time together.

She also frequents her “spiritual home,” Chets Creek Church, and crochets shawls for New Creation Prayer Shawl Ministry. The non-profit ministry, which she started, provides handmade prayer shawls, or “lapghans”, for those in need of comfort, healing and encouragement.

Previous to joining Hunter & Associates, Becky owned a bookkeeping business and worked as an accountant at Calibrate CPAs in Jacksonville. She has an associate’s degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville and will soon earn her bachelor’s in accounting from the University of North Florida.

“Accounting is one of those things you either love or hate,” she says. “I’m one of those people who loves it.”
