An experienced CPA and business owner, Tina’s valuable insight helps clients build more profitable companies. Clients gain the security and peace of mind that comes with having all of their financial and accounting needs met in a professional and personalized way.

Formerly a partner in Tilley & Callahan CPAs and CEO of Calibrate CPAs, Tina has extensive accounting and management experience. A lifelong learner and relationship builder, she has been a pioneer in the area of Deming Management philosophy, a never-ending pursuit of quality and excellence.

Earlier in her career, Tina began sharpening her skills in building personal relationships working in government service for the City of Madison, Wisconsin. There she learned the importance of procedure and accuracy in her daily activities. She received a bachelor’s and later a master’s in accounting from Upper Iowa University.

A licensed CPA in Wisconsin and Florida, Tina is a member of Intuit Inc.’s Accountant and Advisor Customer Council, a national advisory group for a leading provider of business and financial management solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, including QuickBooks®, Quicken® and TurboTax®.

Now a long-time resident of Jacksonville, Florida, Tina enjoys spending time traveling the world, relaxing on the beach, and being active in her faith. Most importantly, she thrives on spending time with family. She and her husband, Paul, have a daughter, Em, and two cats, Marley and Maceo.

Despite her strong business drive, Tina considers her family her greatest success and first priority, demonstrating her firm belief that the most important aspect of life is personal relationships.
